Description
For some reason full names of parties are not being shown in the most recent beta update even though they were before. I reverted my game version to the official one and full names were being displayed again. Not sure what the cause is since the full party names seem to be ok in the localization file. This issue seems to affect Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia and Romania. There might be more but these are the ones I noticed. Included pictures are of the Polish party from the official version and the open beta.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Use the most current open beta update 1.11.4.450e (c4c6).
2. Pick Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia or Romania.
3. Hover over a party to see its full name not being displayed.
4. To confirm it being real revert to official version or check the party localization file.
