Description
Pakistan Leader Portrait is Broken once gaining independence from India. Only tested this with Going Monarchist UK. Historical AI

Steps to Reproduce
Go Monarchist as the UK and wait for India to break free from the dominion, Pakistan breaks free from India and their portrait bugs out. I have encountered this for the first time on Barbarossa DLC.

Here is the save file, I found the bug when randomly selecting Pakistan so i dont know when exastly the bugs occurs. My guess when Pakistan TAG becomes independent
