Description
I am currently occupying all the states in Yugoslavia, which are now owned by various different countries, but I am not at war with anyone. When I was at war with Yugoslavia a peace treaty occured which I wasn't allowed to take part in. All the other countries puppeted and annexed various parts of the country but I was not allowed to do anything. After the peace treaty I lost all control of the territories I was occupying, or so I thought. I am still technically occupying the land but I cannot move through it. Upploading some screenshots so you will understand it better.
Steps to Reproduce
I honestly have no idea. I was at war with Yugoslavia and some other countries were. Eventually Yugoslavia capitulated and this happened.
