I was playing legitimist Bourbon France (king Alphonse on the throne) in a non-historical game with Germany restoring the Kaiser and USA following a random path as custom rules. I went through the legitimist path, declaring war on Spain after the focus "Secure the Crown of Spain". Spain was at peace, the republicans had won the Spanish civil war just before. After the declaration of war Spain joined Comintern. Spain surrendered and I have occupied all their states, except Canary Islands, without ending the war against USSR and other Comintern nations. After a few years these states:
Catalunia
Eastern Aragona
Valencia
all of which were still under my control, were suddenly transferred to the Soviet Union.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Start a new game, 1936 scenario
2) Choose France on a non-historical game with Germany following the "Restore the Kaiser" and Usa with "Random" as game custom rules;
3) Go through the legitimist Bourbon path;
4) Choose the focus Secure the Crown of Spain and declare war on Republican Spain - Spanish civil war must be finished with the republicans victorious - Spain must join the Comintern after you declare war on them;
5) Occupy Spain without ending the war (USSR is still fighting);
6) Wait some "years" for the bug to happen.
