Not showing the countries borders or flags(1.12.2)

Do you have mods enabled?

Description
If i want to start or continue a game then its not gonna show the countries borders or flags.

Steps to Reproduce
I'm just updated and then this happend.

Hi, Ferenckredenc,

Thanks for reporting this! Luckily this has also been reported by others, so the dev team is aware and will be looking into it. In the meantime you might want to switch to DirectX9 in the launcher, as that seems to help, until there is a fix.
