Description
I went down Britain's Non-Aligned path and reconquered all of India (through the CBs provided by the focuses) and puppeted the dominions via the support Imperialist rebels. After unlocking the Imperial Conference decisions, I can't activate any after the first since it's still waiting for India's response, even though India doesn't exist anymore.
Also, releasing Canada's cores doesn't hand them to Imperialist Canada but tries to form the other Canada so that keeps an opinion penalty.
