Description
When I put my curser over over tiles, leaders, units, national spirits, research, attrition, etc.. I receive no information box popup. This makes the game very difficult to play. Information on individuals like political advisors is impossible to see without pulling up wiki information. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, changing the UI size, the render, and most settings multiple times. This is a persistent issue and makes the game near impossible to play. I do use a T.V to play, but the problem remains even when I move to a smaller monitor.

Did you try the console command debug_tooltip? That's the usual way to toggle tooltips on and off

Thank you so much Bitmode! I have had this issue for at least 2 years and it's fixed, it was such a simple solution but I never knew that was a thing. Thank you honestly.
