Description
Upon completing the Netherlands national focus tree mission "Ship-a-Day Sinking Quotas," a doctrine research bonus of 100% research speed is granted. This appears to be a holdover from the previous doctrine research system. With a naval doctrine cost modifier of -10%, the additional bonus should reduce the total cost to 40 points. Instead, the doctrine cost remained at 90 points.
