Description
The german navy is stick in an endless combat without engaging. The RN is trying to catch my convoys, and my navy is currently in that combat as well but the ships from my navy don't appear in the combat, nor can they leave.
Steps to Reproduce
I don't know what caused this issue, so I can't comment there.
I naval invaded, got some troops though, assigned my army to the invasion that worked (the army landed successfully), but the naval combat against some convoys never ends.
