Naval invading troops loose fuel during being at sea.

Description
Troops (vehicles) are loosing fuel even the amphibious ones. WHile you need time to develop the invasion (get some stats) you loose fuel and thus loose all of them.

Steps to Reproduce
Do a naval invasion with any batallion that uses fuel.

With all due respect paradox I understand that De Gaull pic broken is a very serious issue (that you already addressed even tho it was posted later) but can someone take a look into this? How to naval invade why we have amtracs and amphibious tanks if we CANT use it????

Hello! I am currently on open beta patch and just tried naval invading using vehicles and it still doesnt get fuel during landing
