Nationalist Chinese focus (Free French) is blocked even though criteria are filled.

In this example below,
Yes: Guarantee the Hanoi Route has been completed (with regular France)

Yes: Free France exists (after the Fall of France, Free France is formed)
Yes: Free France has not capitulated
Yes: Free France' opinion of Nationalist China is > 75​

Steps to Reproduce
1. Play as Nationalist China
2. Start down the French foreign support tree.
3. Allow WW2 to start and Free France to form.
4. Increase popularity with them to get to > 75
5. Attempt to Choose a Nat'l China French foreign support focus

The confusion might come from the different flavors of France found within Hoi4.

There is "France" and "Free France" (and "Vichy France" and the other Frances).

When France capitulates, Nationalist China's focus tree requirements wording changes from "France" must exist to "Free France" must exist.

Free France does exist and has not capitulated (but not on the European mainland -- Germany took Paris and those lovely European villages. France has capitulated. Free France now exists)

But Nationalist China cannot choose the national focus requiring "Free France", even though Free France exists.

I have the feeling that I am misunderstanding what is "France" and "Free France."

When France capitulates, it becomes Free France until it takes back the mainland. Free France and France are the same entity in game terms (Vichy France is a dynamic tag created in a civil war in France), meaning that Free France has capitulated.

Given the confusion associated between "France" and "Free France" in the Nationalist China focus tree, I'll enter "Free France" into The List.
