Just like the title says certain countries have their AI disabled due to the game thinking the country is controlled by a player. I have let to accurately recreate the bug but it has happened in 80% of the vanilla multiplayer lobbies i've played in the last 3 days. Screenshot's are incoming please wait. I'm currently looking into it myself but i need testers so if you and your friends have time please attempt to recreate this so paradox can hotfix it. Attached screenshots is 2 "bugged" ai countries.

Steps to Reproduce
Launch and start a multiplayer game with 5 or more players. Click around AI nations and check if they have "player icons" for their diplomacy.

Have a player hotjoin as a bugged country and then leave the game, and then have the host enable AI for the hotjoined player's country.

Whenever a player selects a nation in the multiplayer nation select screen and then unselects it (By selecting another nation) causes the game to freak out and think that nation is still a player.

While i haven't been able to recreate the issue myself it's still an issue today amongst many different hosts. The purposed cause of the issue above (Caused by selecting a country in the multiplayer country select screen) as the primary cause is unlikely as it happened to an AI-player country (See Screenshots) that split due to a civil war TWICE during a public VANILLA multiplayer game. I hope this helps!
