Description
While going down the Monarchist path for Portugal, I encountered some repeating bugs. Stirring Monarchist Sentiment in either Portugal or Brazil results in no National Spirit Icon appearing (daily non-aligned still ticks up, but it does not show that as an actual spirit). Also, after aiding the Monarchist Brazilians in their civil war, instead of remaining non-aligned, they flip fascist and completely lock out taking The Kingdom Reunited Focus.

Steps to Reproduce
Head down Monarchist path as Portugal. 1st bug is simple, click on Stir Sentiment to get no National Spirt informing you that decision is taken. 2nd bug, help monarchist Brazil win the civil war. They should naturally flip fascist due to high support.

Hi. I'm at that update and the problem remains unsolved. After a few days the Civil War ends, Brazil switch to Fascism and the Reunited Empire Focus it's locked.

I see. The problem with Brazil turning Fascist is being addressed by the Team already and should be fixed very soon so keep an eye on that @Whituwu , hope you are enjoying the game regardless of that! Cheers

The bug still exists, despite the 1.11.4 patch note saying it is fixed.
