Together for Victory, Death or Dishonor, Waking the Tiger, Man The Guns, La Resistance, Battle for the Bosporus, No Step Back

Description
after no step back all my mods stopped showing in game, I deleted and redownload the game and mods many times, deleted and redownloaded the launcher many times and to no prevail. searched for every possible solution on the forums and YouTube and nothing.
the big problem its the game will recognizes the mods in multiplayer but the game is still vanilla.
as you can see below in the screenshots this is the game while turning millennium modern day
any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance.
