Description
There are many missing portraits in the game that have been replaced with just a completely blank portrait and sometimes some generic portraits sprinkled in as well. Here are all of the Blank portraits I know of:
Achim Hund (Germany)
Andrea Hund (Germany)
Weng Wenhao (China)
Farouk Muhammed Ali (Egypt)
Victor Emmanuel III (Italy)
Edwin Bracley (Liberia)
Helidoro Charis (Mexico)
Ignancy Móscicki (Poland)
And here are the generic ones:
Manuel Pérez Trevino (Mexico)
Salvador Abascal (Mexico)
Martins Penikis (Latvia)

I've witnessed seeing this in 1.11.5 with Liberia & Kazakhstan.

I've gotten tired of reporting this again and again. I've seen most of these in 1.11.11, without NSB. Hovering over the portrait doesn't show any information, so it is as if there's no leader selected at all in the nation.

Weng Wenhao (Democratic CHI) is missing. Leaders of Neutral, Fascist and Communist CHI are present. But Weng is just a black screen. His

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a new game as Nationalist China
2. Open the console
3. set_ruling_party d
4. The leader of Democratic China is just a black screen

Checked and this bug still exists. Weng Wenhao now appears with a generic portrait (see screenshot). Weng has a unique portrait in the game files, but it's not appearing in game

Problem is typo in file gfx name or file _leader_portraits in interface folder.
In one place there is capital "P" and in other small "p" both need be the same.

Current:
    spriteType = {
        name = "GFX_portrait_chi_weng_wenhao"
        texturefile = "gfx/leaders/CHI/portrait_China_weng_wenhao.dds"
    }

Should be:
    spriteType = {
        name = "GFX_portrait_chi_weng_wenhao"
        texturefile = "gfx/leaders/CHI/Portrait_China_weng_wenhao.dds"
    }

edit.
Also he have advisor portrait but don't have any role.
