HoI 4 - Missing German Units at start of game

Description
Everytime I start the game as Germany, there are no units on the map, however they are there as when i selct the "Unassigned Divisions" icon, it selects them all. Also, no navy or air force shows up. I tried other countries and it worked fine for them. It seems that Germany is the only one.

Steps to Reproduce
Not sure how to reproduce as it does it when I start the game.

EDIT: It appears after about 5ish minutes of sitting there paused, everything showed up.

I might be wrong, but screenshot shows you as being in edit mode on plans, where it will hide units. try holding "alt" key and tell me if this is what happened? If so some wierd case where key was stuck down?

Yeah that appears to be what happened. I have a macro on my mouse for another game that holds down the alt key and that must have gotten hit .
