Description
When the definition.csv in the game directory is under-defined (either because some lines lack fields or provinces.bmp contains undeclared provinces), the game saves an amended version in the user directory (.local/share/Paradox Interactive/Hearts of Iron IV/map). From then on this file gets used over the one in the game directory, even if the latter gets updated.
Steps to Reproduce
Delete a few cells or rows in map/definition.csv
Start the game
Add a new province in map/definition.csv
Restart the game
Upload Attachment
