Description
Manuel Azana is not the President of Republican Spain. The portrait is the same and he has the Figurehead President trait, but his name has been changed to "Ignacio Lasarte." Not a big issue normally, but this locks the Spanish focus tree out of Oppose the Communists (which requires Azana as President). I don't know who Mr Lasarte is and a quick google search left me guessing, so I do not know if the name is a placeholder or randomly generated. Regardless, the name does not appear on Spain's characters' file.

Steps to Reproduce
It was a normal playthrough with Republican Spain, during the Civil War, before any secondary revolts. I am unsure whether the trigger was Alcala-Zamora's removal or the start of the Civil War, as I was not monitoring it closely.
