Description
After complete assertiveness focus Manchukuo do not become puppet. It still remain Japan Imperial Protectorat. Focus just add some "puppet points".

Steps to Reproduce
Start new game. Complete all necessary focuses. Complete assertiveness focus.

Hi there!
I not only found the bug, but also found the solution and the cause of the bug(technically.)
To my fellow players:
Please follow the steps below to fix it:
1, Go to your "Hearts of Iron IV\common\autonomous_states" folder
2, open wtt_imperial_subject.txt
3, find lines below "allowed = {"
4, Remove "has_completed_focus = MAN_assertiveness" (Logically, you have no other ways to get wtt_imperial_subject anyway. Thus, it will not break anything else. The line here may looks clean in code, but somehow it's broken right now)
5, save the file and start a new game. (Of course the game will not give you achievement after you change game file... Before Paradox make an official fix)

To Paradox developers:
@Da9L Please forward this to developers, especially to @podcat so that you will not need to spend additional time to debug.
It seems when you give focus reward....the focus is not considered completed somehow.
Thus, at that moment when you want JAP set MAN to wtt_imperial_subject.... Unfortunately, wtt_imperial_subject is not allowed to set.
Thus, the game bounced the autonomous_states back to wtt_imperial_protectorate.

Please help the emperor as soon as possible. He has lost his nation when he was a child. He has been considered as a puppet and traitor of nation for his entire regime in Manchu. His entire life has been used as a political tool by Japan, Russia and People's Republic of China.
How can you make him unable to bring his true assertiveness because of such technical flaw.
