Description
Some major countries have some or most of their airforce's sitting idle. UK, SOV, JAP look ok here, US has most of its wings idle and at green training. Majors are engaged in a large africa campaign and are not leveraging airforces there at all (especially the US, which seems relucant to send any planes overseas).
Note SPR was a player controlled country running on observe. AI split wings but did not assign any of them. May be a specific bug with the observe command. These issues occurred with and without mods.
