{Maintenance company not only do not add supposed 5%-10%-15%-20% reliability to the division, but actually reduce it a bit.}
EDIT: After further testing I think bonus work as intended (addition of MAINT reduce training losses). Still, I believe the tooltip is bugged as IMHO it should give actual reliability after bonus is applied. As it is, not only avg reliability in unit card is lower with MAINT but if you hover over avg reliability of a deployed division to see reliability breakdown, with MAINT it shows lower values than on identical division without it.
Attached pics are with MAINT lvl2 so it should add 10% reliability
mod enabled is personal mod that only change Polish focus tree and OOB file so it should not have any impact
Steps to Reproduce
Add MAINT Co to any division and check reliability
