TO FIX: Line 579 of localisation/victory_points_l_english.yml VICTORY_POINTS_10367:0 "Attu Island" should be rewriten as "VICTORY_POINTS_13067:0 "Attu Island"

Steps to Reproduce
Play PRC, fight SHX and have a battle in province 10367.
