Description
Random sounds from Japanese and Chinese troops, regardless of which nation you play.
Lack of French motorized icon.
No description of Soviet city defence decisions.
German Reich rename to Greater German Reich decision description bugged or missing.
Tree in Nepal leader's portrait.
No German core on Memel.
Lack of new Yamato ship icon.
Bulgaria/Croatia colours not fixed. (Green Bulgaria still has Pink Units/Pink Croatia has Light Green Units)
Conflict name changes happening randomly.
German Generals Portraits changed to British Portraits.

Steps to Reproduce
With the exception of the last one, all issues are random.

The German General Portrait issue occurs if, while tagged as France (game paused, human_ai cheat enabled in my case), then tag to Germany, and some portraits will be replaced by the British ones.

Hi, this is not how you write a bug report. issues need to be properly separated, have actual steps to reproduce and preferably saves. But for the issues you listed...

I used to have the random sound bug too, but I think it's gone now I've re-installed the game.

The French motorized icon is in the files but not used in base game. It was added back in the Oak update, but strangely not used.

The text on the decision to rename German Reich states "Rename the German Reich to The German Reich" rather than the actual new name.

There was a Yamato icon in the research tree for Japan that was advertised in a stream previously done by Paradox crew, it seems it was not used nor appears in any files.

Bulgaria's Units are coloured pink despite the nation using a green colour, Croatia has the same issue except light green units versus it's pink national colour, it's not consistent.

The portrait issue works like this: Play as a nation that is not Germany or Britain, tag switch to Germany, then to Britain, some British generals will have German portraits, or do the same but with Britain then Germany instead, now some German generals have British portraits.

There are some other things too.
If you are France, and you do the dismantle the Maginot Line decision, you still won't remove the "Protected by Maginot Line" national spirit, while this may not be a bug, it is just silly. There is also an unused Soviet portrait.

The random sound thing apparently has to do with everyone always hearing unit sounds from border wars (including ones they're not part of).

Same here, maybe this is also the reason for the mysterious 1943 lag that happens even in 1936 from this patch.

If Germany takes Memel peacefully, they should core it since it was part of the Historical Pre-1918 German borders.

Also in regards to the missing Yamato icon and the Motorized for France.

The Motorized was advertised for Streams before, but not added to the game.

Yamato was part of Ship DLC that was never released.
