HoI 4 - Leader portraits missing, admiral portraits missing

Description of issue
Leader portraits missing, admiral portraits missing.
Unable to deploy colonial templates as United Kingdom as the location cannot be set (singaport or India do not show green when atempting to deploy colonial templates)
Update: Cannot deploy ANY new troops to any location as the location is locked.

The problem only occurred AFTER I had installed "No Blood" DLC. It was wokring fine before that.

IS there a way I can "switch off" all the updates I purchased yesterday and see if that resolves the problem?

The DX9 setting appears to fix some things. Will check in detail to see if all problems are resolved.

The tech DD for BBA contains a passage regarding DX11 becoming the deafult setting, so if you runned on DX9 before that might explain why the troubles started now:

Ok so switching from DX11 to DX9 fixed rhe issue.
