Are you clearing your user directory? Either using this button on launcher



or manually deleting `C:\Users\username\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV` (backup your saves first?)

Can you send us the crash dump file (which is stored under C:\Users\username\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\dumps after you get a crash). Please zip the latest one and attach here.

Hi, we checked the dump files you sent and it looks like your pc is running out of memory. Your specs has 4gb of ram and 2gb of that is shared with your gpu. Sadly our specs asks for 4gb of minimum ram and the new stuff that has been added with the patches probably pushed you over the limit.

Try shutting down the programs that you are not actively using before starting hoi4. I am not a very technical person when it comes to hardware but try reducing the shared memory if possible? If none of those help I am afraid you will either need to play on older version of the game or buy more ram for your PC.
