Description
The focus "The Zero" can't be bypassed. I believe this is because how the air research was changed. Researching all 1940 fighter techs (Model, weaponry, and engines) should let you bypass the focus as that would be the zero, but you still cannot.

Steps to Reproduce
Play as japan and research all 1940 plane techs. Get to "The Zero" focus and attempt to bypass.
