Description
As the title says, if you take the focus it just makes your general recruited become level 2 without giving them stat points, ultimately making the general worse than not taking the focus at all.
Additionally, some of the focus tree generals like: Kodandera Madappa Cariappa, Kodandera Subayya Thimayya, Jayanto Nath Chaudhuri, and Orde Wingate have lower stat points then should be possible for the level they have.
Steps to Reproduce
Take the focus Indian Gentlmen Officers and buy a general, they come at level 2 but with 1 1 1 1 stat points.
For the generals its not a bug per-say, looks more like a script oversight since since the script values are correct to in game values.
