Incorrect indication of available tanks when upgrading a unit - [1.12.11]

Game Version

Description
Incorrect indication of available tanks when upgrading a unit.
The new unit template has restrictions set to not allow the use of some obsolete hardware.
I have a small number of tanks in stock (smaller than needed) that meet the conditions of use for a new type of unit.
Meanwhile, when changing the template, I receive information about a sufficient amount, because the algorithm takes into account the entire sapas of tanks of one type without distinguishing between versions.
This is a serious mistake, especially for the later phase of the game, where we will have many different versions of equipment, where we want to have some of it as specialized for specific activities (e.g. different types for fighting on the African front and others in the conditions of the Eastern Front).
Because it may cause that we will unknowingly create units that will be completely devoid of tanks, although during their creation we will receive information that the supply is sufficient.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Leave more tanks in stock than you need to create one armored division.
2. Create an upgraded version of a production tank and start producing it.
3. Create a new division template in which you will use only the improved type of tank (uncheck the option to use the older type in the equipment).
4. Select a division with an old version of tanks and select a new division template for it. Note that the system indicates to you that you have enough tanks to perform this action, although in reality you do not yet have a single tank of the new version necessary for the new division template.
