Description
As Japan if you reaload your autosave after one day you lose Sumiyoshi Itagaki, it says that he is removed due to it's prerequisites are no longer fulfilled. Then when you go into yor advisers there is another one to recruit without portrait and you have to pay 150 again.

Here's a savegame of the bug, One mod is enabled but it's Bigger Airplane Development(Light) so it's irrelevant to the issue at hand, also in my game he is named Yoshinobu Tokugawa.

Edit: Things changed a bit and this savegame might not be such a clear case of the bug happening anymore, When I loaded the savegame first thing after starting the game Yoshinobu Tokugawa kept working as my Illusive gentleman and was the only one in the list but when I loaded an autosave that was a further ahead of the savegame then he was removed due to "conditions not met" and a new Illusive Gentlemen shown up in the advisor list, reloading the old save again after this kept this new scenario with Yoshinobu Tokugawa getting removed.

As so I've added a second save the post, to get this bug to happen again:

Load the 1938 save from the main menu
Load the 1939 save while ingame
Load the 1938 save again
