So after we chose country and start the game. why don't add dying on the leaders of some nation. After the leader die that will accure to disaster for the country
(because we all know after we start with some country which don't have good focus tree we will continuously be with the same leader whole game) like EU4 after time the leader dies and you should choose a new one.

Some countries have this ability, but only as a event. Creating such thing would be a huge project, requiring lots of time and research of historical personas, that could have been ruling country in this time. But if this was added to the game, I think I would be happy. Maybe even would buy it as a DLC ;)

As said above, some of the big ones are already covered. For example, Roosevelt has a death event. So does Chamberlain if he is still in office (alternative way to get Churchill).

Others may be added as focus trees are.

Not sure how much value there would be from random leader replacements in a game with such a narrow timeframe to be honest.
