You can only get rid of that idea by finishing "Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri" focus. (Last focus of army section).

Desicion list reforms are there to only nerf that idea in case of early wars.
Thank you wery much Kardash :)

while i thought this at first, i'm no longer entirely certain this is true.
as on one occasion once i had finished the focus, and removed the debuff, i checked the national focus and it had changed to adding a ton of manpower. (100K+)
once time started it changed to no effect, but for the tick that the idea that it was removed but the game didn't fully process that the NF was completed, it had another effect.

i hadn't reported that as a bug yet, because i haven't tried removing the debuff's individually through the decisions and ran into this issue.

Barbarossa v1.11.9e52a (3f99)

Enabled DLC:
All except Sabaton soundtrack 2

Mods:
None installed, none active, never have been.

Description:

Normally, the earlier focuses in that focus tree branch give you several decisions costing 50 PP to remove the debuffs one by one from the "Disorganized Armed Forces" national spirit.

If you take all those decisions and remove all the debuffs from the spirit, the final focus "Turk Silahli Kuvvetleri" should now give 125.000 manpower + 15% war support.

The problem is, the decision to remove "air accident chance" debuff disappears after you pick a spirit for the air force.

In general, I also observed the 50 PP decisions disappear / sometimes reappear after reloading my last save in ironman mode.

Not that I expect a fix, but let's do our part.

How to reproduce:

Start as Turkey ironman - historical - 1936.

Get the the first 2 focuses on both sides of the top right of the focus tree. Then take the two middle focuses there which give dockyards.
(So that you get all the 50 PP decisions to reform army)

Now, appoint an air force spirit from the Officer Corps tab.

See that the air accident chance decision disappear and never come back. If it's still there, exit game and reload. It always disappears for me.
