Description
Did a historical game as the German Empire, going for the (new) Central Powers path.
As Austria-Hungary reunited after my doing, Hungary switched into Greater Hungary (having gone the fascist path due to historical mode being activated). I think it's more fitting that they can't take this focus if they have the Austria-Hungary cosmetic tag, or own Vienna or Prague. Maybe it should even require them being fascist as well. So the focus requirements should be changed to be more narrow here.
However, on the other hand, Hungary couldn't do the trade deal with Germany focuses, which I found too specific a set of requirements. This they should be able to do as long as they're not at war with Germany, or more narrowly as long as they're a faction with Germany, or a subject of them.
Lastly, maybe make the reunification of Austria-Hungary give them cores on more of the Austro-Hungarian territories? And maybe make Otto von Habsburg the ruler?
Steps to Reproduce
Play Germany in historical mode, oppose Hitler. Then go down the Central Powers path, and make Austria-Hungary reform. If the new Austro-Hungarian Empire is based in Hungary, they will have gone down the fascist path, and eventually create "Greater Hungary", but be unable to do the trade deal with Germany.
What I propose is the opposite of this be made the case in the next update, with Hungary being able to do trade deals with Germany regardless of their ideology, but Greater Hungary being much more limited so Austria-Hungary doesn't become Greater Hungary.
Once again, only mod enabled was "Coloured Buttons".
