Description
Was playing Spanish Civil War as Regional Defence Council of Aragon, Portuguese had a civil war fire against the Maximists at the same time, and their war joined with mine (not sure if as intended).

Maximists beat Portugal before I could get to them, but after I won I couldn't bypass Portuguese Anarchism focus despite owning all territory

Steps to Reproduce
I'm not sure if it's as a result of Maximists annexing regular Portugal before I managed to defeat them, but the easy fix would be to allow a bypass option on Portuguese Anarchism if all Portuguese states are owned

Had this same problem. Portugal intervened in favor of the nationalists, and I (playing as the anarchists) beat them. Being locked out of "Portuguese Anarchism" and every focus past that point really bummed me out, considering this was my first campaign with the DLC. It looks like this is just an unfortunate oversight.

This should already be fixed in the current beta branch on Steam, but I will look into this further just to make sure.
