Description
When playing the game without activating 'Waking the Tiger', minor countries get the generic Electronics Company option. This disappears when activating this DLC.

If this is not intended, then the probable cause is a forgotten AND in the generic_electronics_concern description in /common/ideas/zzz_generic.txt

Steps to Reproduce
> Start game with / without waking the tiger DLC
> Choose country with only generic designers
