Description
I've done this achievement (Collect all the Romes) twice now, and both times it didn't unlock or even show as completed when I have clearly completed it's requirements. I own the DLC required, but the achievement won't unlock. Neither would Tour de France for that matter.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Declare war on Turkey and USSR
2. Take the required land
3. End the war
Achievements won't unlock. This applies both during and after the war and having all requirements fulfilled.

Several tickets were submitted but nothing hath changed. Also posting about it everytime they publish a changelog on Steam but you bet anybody cares.

I'm having the same issues at the moments, did a Pope Italy run and never got any achievements and just done Romanovs last laugh TWICE and nothing has popped i am hoping they fix this issue but haven't seen any recent info from Paradox on the subject. Fingers crossed they haven't forgotten about us Microsoft users xD
