Description
When hovering the mouse over any portrait of a unit leader / admiral / operative with the GUI bounds enabled, the game crashes. This applies to the portraits on the selection menu, the bottom bar, and the top left corner.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open GUI bound by typing `gui` in the console
2. Open any menu that includes a unit leader portrait
3. The game crashes
