Description
templates_ITA.txt and templates_GER.txt contains upgrade paths to the wrong country's template.
templates_GER.txt, line 1264: light_armor_anti_armor_GER has the statement "replace_with = medium_armor_anti_armor_SOV", this should naturally be the corresponding GER one instead.
Likewise, in templates_ITA.txt, all the armor templates are set to upgrade to german ones, instead of italian. The relevant lines are: 111, 209, 314, and 417.
