Description
Playing as Yugoslavia, after peace conference I puppeted Germany as can be seen in the first screenshot.

After the next month ticks over in-game, puppeted Germany turns into Czechoslovakia and West Germany.

Steps to Reproduce
Load the save file "Ironman Yugoslavia 2" and wait for the next in-game month to tick over.

Or, load save file "Ironman Yugoslavia 2_temp" to see issue already exist.
