Description
I played at least 25+ games as germany with the objective of forming the HRE. In order to do that, the Hindenburg Disaster shouldnt fire. The chance of the needed event to happen is 30% (Hindenburg Incident), but it never even happed once. Thats really frustrating. My question is this a bug or its just "bad luck".

Directly on the first two tries I got the Hindenburg Disaster in one of them and Hindenburg Disaster Averted in the other. The chance for it to not happen 25 times is 1 in 10.000 though

Is it possible that the players doing could affect the Hindenburg event ? I always go down a certain path, (in terms of the Focus Tree, Construction, Production, Research, Laws & Goverment, Research & Production, Military Staff, Trade, Recruition and Justification of wars). I deinstalled the game and deleted all files on my pc related to paradox, just to assure there isnt something wrong with my files. After that I played other countries such as greece (not germany) and at the 4th game the needed event did fire. So i decided to play another rounds as germany, 8 games to be exact and the Hindenburg crashed every single time.

This is the event that decides if the Hindenburg dies or not, it's just a 30% chance to survive with no other factors so you are just very unlucky.
