Gydnia doesnt get cored using danzig for guarantees V11 (33b6)

Description
When doing Danzig for Guarantees focus, the event that happens when Poland accepts, does not give you cores on Gydnia.

Steps to Reproduce
Do the german civil war, and then do danzig for guarantees focus.
