Description
Turned off historical, Greece went with Venizelos. It's now 1940, Venizelos is long dead and Greece still hasn't even done bring back the exiled republicans. They would literally rather do anything else.
Steps to Reproduce
Turn off Historical, but do not give Greece a Republican path to go down in setup and have Venizelos win the election of 36.
