Description
One of the starting advisors for greece, Georgios Kosmas, which gives bonuses to artillery in the military high command is not classified as army advisor. When having relief of command which gives 50% cheaper advisors for army, it gives it for all others, aside from this one.

Steps to Reproduce
Take relief of command, see that it does not give the cheaper cost
