Description
So I was playing a game as the Romonov's trying to restore Russia's historical borders and I had to go to war with the allies to get the last few bits of territory I needed but after securing my eastern bits somehow the Allies were attacking me through my faction members land including my puppets even though my puppets weren't called in to the war. I don't know how this was happening but all I have is a back up save because I ended up deleting the original.
Steps to Reproduce
This happened when I declared war on the allies with the secure the baltics focus and didn't call any of my puppets in or my independent faction member Romania. I called in my puppets when I needed them to be able to attack through certain points but when the allies would naval invade somehow this let their troops attack me through my faction members that weren't called in. As far as I know military access should only give them the ability to move troops around not attack with them.
