The 10% armor speed buff that heinz is supposed to give doesn't work but elastic defense one seems to be working.

Steps to Reproduce
Apply advisor, doesn't change tank around or don't the speed bonus will not apply.

Its actually not it should be Appling to where Elastic defense is, however they never changed it from armor tech to armor variants is the issue. Its a carry over from before no step back.

It is actually working, just the tooltip isn't showing it. Without Guderian's buff your division speed would only be about 6.3 km/h.

 

[Corpse Fool]

Guderians theorist bonus is not the same as the elastic defense speed bonus. Elastic defense is applied to the battalion, the theorist is applied like a design company to the equipment.
