Description of issue
Game elements (features) of NSB expansion working in the background if expansion is not active

What platform do you play on?
Steam

Game Version
Avalanche v1.12.2 9ebb (e45c)

Enabled DLC
Together for Victory, Death or Dishonor, Waking the Tiger, Man The Guns, La Resistance

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Description
1. Officer corps spirits are available to - and used by - the AI although the NSB expansion is not active at all. The palyer has no access to them, though.

2. When tagging to a previously AI controlled nation, one can see that AI produces a multitude of armor and plane variants of the same tech level. These should all have the same production costs - which they do not. It almost seems as if part of the tank designer were working in the background of AI controlled nations although such effects should not happen without the expansion.

Both issues also exist with all expansion DLCs turned off (see screenshots)

Steps to Reproduce
1. Speedrun any nation hands-off except for decryption/encryption or use espionage assets if LaR active. You can see it on the "details" / "espionage" screen of AI controlled nations after clicking their flag on the map. You find it with most nations that have a lesser espionage level than you. (Venezuela for example is a good target nation).

2. Speedrun any nation hands-off for some years. Then tag to another (preferrably a major power producing ARM and AIR plus the required xp). I found AI ITA to be a good example.

Hello, Federkiel!

Thanks for reporting this! Glad to tell you the team's already aware of the first issue and will be looking into it.
As for the second one, it looks like that one's intended and not part of an issue with the DLC. The production costs change because the AI is improving equipment by changing its stats, even though visually it's the same design. Hope that helps clarify the situation here.

Cheers!

Thanks for your kind reply. I reported the first issue before 1.12.3 and in the meantime the thing seems to have been tended already (at least on the visible surface to the player).

Regarding No. 2, i might have missed production costs (for ARM at least - i was actually wrong about the planes) going up for variants made sans the tank designer. New to me - and good to know if it's intended for players and AI alike.

Have a nice day! ;)
