Description
I defeated Germany as fascist Italy and had UK in my faction and I was able to form NATO but I seen that in other cases. It should be avalible only for allies. I dont see that much into development and programming but can it be fixed for example by setting conditions that faction needs to have UK or US as faction leader or base that condion on faction name or base that condition on ideology of faction leader? File that i send isnt mine but it is there just to base my report on somethink to get the idea.
