Fluvial Supply Lines are Jumping Provinces

Description
I noticed that the fluvial supply lines are jumping multiples provinces inside China. I did circles (in yellow) of the points where this is happening and draw (in orange) how the fluvial supply lines should be running in the map.
Steps to Reproduce
China need to be under control of all it's cores, or in a faction with who controls these cores.
