Description
Generals Agustín Muñoz Grandes and Gonzalo Queipo de Llano join Carlist uprising even when they do not have carlist sympathies.
Agustín Muñoz Grandes could be because in file /common/characters/SPR.txt is only visible to SPB (Carlist Spain) after the Carlist uprising. Oddly enough he can still be selected as theorist.
Gonzalo Queipo de Llano could be caused because in event lar_spain.7 on line 5992 when transfering units to SPB the keep_unit_leaders_trigger is having Falangist Loyalties instead of not having Carlist sympathies

Steps to Reproduce
1.- Start Game as SPR
2.- Proceed through the nationalist->falangist path and trigger the carlist uprising
3.- Check SPA and SPB Generals (Tag Switching).
