Description
Indeed more of an oversight(s) than a bug but anyway; when you complete the focus Soviet Mediation the Soviets negociate a white peace that includes returning Eritrea and Somaliland even if you control them.
So that sucks. But even worse is the return of Aussa since Italy owned them too. That one is worse because you can't then do the focus that follow; Bring the Revolution to Afar since there needs to be a Sultanate of Aussa.
