Description
With the latest patch, the randomised name generator for leaders has been fixed and Petain correctly generates as leader of Vichy, *however*, the focus does not acknowledge this fact and still states Pétain is required for the 1st focus.
Steps to Reproduce
Use the latest Beta patch.
Allow France to fall and choose to play as Vichy.
Attempt to select the 1st Focus.
